    Tino pai on another great post this afternoon. You have been working so hard, I really appreciate the amount of hard work and effort you put into each and everyone of your blog posts, keep it up!

    Thank you for sharing with us the 5 things you do to stay fit and healthy. I like that you have highlighted things such as what you eat and also keeping fit by doing active things such as sport. I am so jealous, you get 10 hours of sleep, I haven’t slept like that since I was a child but I have been trying to get more regular sleep especially a lot lately.

    I especially like that you have also spoken about your mental health, I also think that is really important too. Something I have recently started using is an app on my phone called smiling minds and it is a mindfulness tool. I use it to go to sleep, to prepare me for the week and this year I want to use it in my classroom.
